I am trying to download Photoshop CC and receive error code A12E5

Hi Mr. Clark,

Welcome to the Community!

1) Reboot the computer.

2) If error still persist, Rename the OOBE folder to OOBE.OLD from

Mac: MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE   (Rename it to OOBE_OLD)

                 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

Launch Creative cloud app and then try downloading Photoshop from there.

If you still faces a problem then Download Creative cloud via https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and launch it.
