I have Photoshop Elements 10 - how do I upgrade to 11. I tired downloading 11 but got an error message.

    You would have to upgrade to the current version 12 by purchasing it.  Adobe doesn't sell older versions of their software, so if you want to by an upgrade to version 11 you would have to look for some third party vendor which you are less likely to find for an upgrade purchase - and purchasing from a 3rd party vendor can be chancy.
