I have problem about Photoshop Creative Suite 6 Design Standard installing in new NB.

I have problem about Photoshop Creative Suite 6 Design Standard installing in new NB.
I have already uninstalled PS CS6 from my old notebook. But why? PS CS6 in new notebook still shows "The serial number 14081..............69256 is already in use by the maixmum of 2 computers.
I can't retry activation and continue.
How do i do?

As @LinSims said, you need an activation count reset.  But that's all Adobe can help with now that CS6 is discontinued & unsupported.

Likewise, your new laptop needs a compatible operating system for decade-old software.  Which OS do you have?

 

CS6 cannot work on Catalina or higher.

CS6 will never be tested on Windows 11.  It might work or it might not.  

 

Depending on what you use, new software may be necessary.

Contact Adobe Customer Support and tell them you need an ACTIVATION COUNT RESET. This is the only support they are allowed to provide for Creative Suites.

 

If they don't understand what you're talking about, ask to be transferred to a supervisor or to a CSR with more experience.
