I have problem with my PS account. It's payed but it doesn't work. It's written that my trial time is over. What should I do ? I bought my license at June and my account worked maybe 3 days. HELP

איך פותחים את פוטושופ אחרי שהורדתי אני לא מצליח לפתוח אני לוחץ על הפוטושופ המורד וזה פותח לי איזה חלון של פוטושופ ואז הוא אוצר לי ללחוץ להמשיך אני לוחץ וזה לא מעביר אותי לתוכנה מה עושים???

זה פותח לי מלא חלונות בגוגל שכותב שם  אתה מחובר  

וזהו מה עושים????????

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

what os/version do you have?

what ps version do you have?

did you install ps using the cc desktop app?

You can skip the first step, as I confirmed you have an active membership under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.
