I have purchased Elements 14 foor MAC. I was able to download but it will not install on my computer. A box comes up and says I must sign in to install but it never takes me to the Adobe site. I then signed in to adobe and then tried to install - still without success. I guess I will need to ask for a refund.

A sign in during install is usually your operating system asking for your computer Administrator password, which is telling the operating system that you have permission to install

I turned off my security with same result. When I click install, the installer opens a box with the Adobe logo which says I must sign into Adobe to install. however, it never connects but just grinds. I went to Adobe, signed in and then tried to install with the same result.
