I have purchased the Student Licence but I can only be able to download trial versions and it bugs

Hello dear supporters and users,

I have purchased the Creative Cloud student license and as I don't understand why the applications I downloaded and launched are only available as trial versions for 30 days.

Also I had the problem with a Adobe Premier Project that I have reopened with this brand new version and it bugs, first I have to render de project again, but when rendering it appears a window with a Unknown Error. So... I can not continue with the project and it is taking me two days to figure out a solution... first purchasing the software since my trial version has expired letting my video unfinished, and after being purchased I do not manage to make it work.

Please, can someone give me a clue... I guess that maybe there are conflict with the old version I had. I did uninstalled all the graphic and video Adobe applications simultaneously when I was purchasing and installing Adobe Creative Cloud.
