I have recently bought a Microsoft Surface 3 Pro running on Windows 10.  I want to install my CS5 into this new notebook, completing all upgrades and confirming it is up and running before I uninstall and format my old PC.  However I have experienced problem in installing update similar to the below case:

Does it mean if I must unintall the CS5 installed in my old PC first (assuming the notebook is online and somehow your system can learn about the uninstallation) then this issue can be resolved?
