I have restored my system on the previous date and now i can't re-install the adobe creative cloud... always a message to re-install it! Why?

uninstall everything cc you can uninstall using the uninstaller files.

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

then reinstall the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

install your cc programs using the cc desktop app.
