I HAVE SERIAL NUMBER AND REDEMPTION CODE NEITHER WORK.

and at times when asked to enter the serial number the enter won't allow me to enter ANY digits.

This is really frustrating

you only need a valid serial number and the matching installation file(s).

attach a screenshot that shows the serial number prompt where you are unable to enter digits.
