I have signed CC (photoshop + ilustrator), after 4/5 months the signature disappeared and I'm still paying for it...

So, in late October, 2017, I begun on creative cloud w/ adobe's photographic pack that includes the programs I mentioned above, but now, after my MacBook run out of battery, and I needed to login again (never happened to need this other times), I received a message saying to start a free trial on PS, because I dindt have any signature... I'm still paying for it, but no longer have the access to the services, and in my account dont have any history of buying it!

And one thing: I just use CC's services in my Mac, there's no other place I was using it; Im paying for 1 year of adobe's services;

Whats happening?? Does anyone had this issue before?? How I proceed? Anyone knows how to fix?
Its kinda urgent, since I have a lot of work to do and I dont have access to my stuff anymore!
