I have spent 10 hours on the phone and chat trying to download and set up Creative cloud on my Mac B

I have spent 10 hours on the phone and chat trying to download and set up Creative cloud on my Mac Book Air running Mountain Lion. They have been unable to help.  I feel part of the problem is a language issue.  What should I try next.  I am very disappointed. I have used Adobe Products since CS2. I have a desktop computer that Creative Cloud it works on. Is it possable that it is a license issue?  I have asked all 4 support people but they don't think so.  I wonder, because of the computer I use it on is running Mountain lion but was upgraded whwn purchased in July.

Can you provide details regarding what errors you are receiving when you try to download or install?  What version of Mac OS 10.8 are you using exactly?  What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?
