After we recieve confirmation of your eligibilty, you will receive an email from us within two business days with your serial number. If you need help, or haven't received your serial number, visit the eligibility verification service or contact us.

If you subscribed to Creative Cloud, you should be able to access your membership as soon as your purchase is confirmed using your associated Adobe ID.

I have submitted eligibility docs and still haven't received confirmation. I have checked emails but haven't received anything from Adobe. Since uni is going online, I purchased Adobe Photoshop for classes and I'm still waiting to get access to the software.

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

I have the same problem.  Did you ever get a reply?  Adobe "help" would have to be the worst system I have ever encountered
