I have the cloud and tried downloading Photoshop, it says I already have it, but I don't.

I have the cloud, and I tried to download Photoshop, but it says that I already have it installed, but I dont. I have no idea what to do or how to do it! Please help!

Use http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html to remove whatever you have already installed, then try again.
