I have the Creative Cloud plan All applications 100 GB and it won't let me download premiere pro

I just got the Creative Cloud plan All applications 100 GB and when I download the CREATIVE CLOUD it doesn't let me download the premiere and I get to buy it and when I want to buy it with the same plan that I have it doesn't let me

It's not about the specs. Creative Cloud only has the BUY option and not INSTALL.

if you have an active subscription that includes the problematic app (double-check there's no account problem, https://account.adobe.com) and see buy:
