I have the Creative Cloud Pro subscription. I also have had my education status is confirmed. Why am I being charged $113.49 /month when the the education price is $69.99/month.

I submitted all the relevant information in January to Adobe to get my education status confirmed for 2026. I have been had the education status since 2023. I have the confirmation email confirming my status - received 30/01/2026. In 2025 the switch was automatically made. 2026 it has not. I am paying S113.49 not the education price of $54.99/month or even $69.99/month. When I go into change the plan it says I need to confirm my education status again. I am being over charged and would like to know how to fix this.

Hi ShivangiGupta, Should I be expecting an email from Adobe with these steps shortly?

On the website it says for proof of eligibility: “Use a school-issued email address: If you provide a school-issued email address during purchase you are instantly verified. (A school email address may include .edu, .k12 or other email domains sponsored by educational institutions.)” I have been using a .edu.au email address the whole time. Previously I have tried to upload a business card and a payslip and neither were accepted. What further identification could I possibly use.

As a result of this error I have spent $250 that I did not have to pay should I have had the educator status confirmed as per the “Good to Go” emailI previously received. Can I expect a reimbursement?

    Thank you
