I have to reinstall CS5.1 and am getting error 213:19

I had to do a system restore on my PC. This has forced me to reinstall all of my programs including Photoshop CS5.1, unfortunately I keep getting the following Configuration Error:

"A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.

If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Error: 213:19"

I have restarted several times now, and get the same error every time I try to run Photoshop.

What does this mean and how do I fix it? Thank you!

I have solved this by perusing the forums and following the instructions in this guide:

Error 213:19 | Problem has occurred with the licensing of this product

"Make sure that your user account has full permissions (Read and Write) on the SLStore folder."

Fixed my issue!!
