I have tried for 2 days to load Photoshop Elements 12 on to Windows 7. I have been unable to remove

Can anybody tell me how to install this software.

I have been unable to uninstall and have had to reboot my machine going back before trying to download the software, to remove.

Is it possible to get a CD version as a replacement?

you installed but there was a problem?

so, you tried to uninstall it but failed so you rolled back your computer to a time prior to the install?

now, you're trying to install it again but have some problem? if yes, explain.
