    i'm not aware the non-creative cloud licenses ever expire.

    first, double check you're entiring your serial number correctly.  if you're certain that you are, contact adobe support:  http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

    I have a new computer so have deactivated it on my old one, installed the CD + programmes but then when I try to open any of the programmes I get this coming up

    Could it be that something has expired? I have the teachers edition as I am a teacher and i have written down that my reg number expires on the 22/03/2013?
