I have trouble to download adobe XD

Everytime i try to download adobe XD it will start, but around 70 and 90% it sayes "instalation failed". I already looked on the internet and found someting about deleting a specifick file, but that didn't work.

Is there someone who had the same problem and fixed it, pleace help me I need the program for a schoolproject.
