I have two serial numbers but I din't know how to use them.

I have my serial number for my adobe creative suite web premium CS4 but I lost the disks. I also have the disks for Design suite 5 but I lost the serial number. I have the serial number for the adobe premium upgrade. I was wondering if I can find a way to install my product. I have everything just no disk for Design premium cs4 and no serial number for design premium cs5. Hopefully I have not lost the most important serial number - I do hope there is a way to install adobe suite with the serial numbers I have. Given that I have a serial number to Adobe design premium CS4 (but notdisk)

A disk for adobe cs5 but no serial number (lost in my travels to south Korea)

and a serial number for adobe design premium upgrade.

I'm hoping I have enough to re up my program.
