So i've been dealing with this problem for a week now and i really want to fix it.

So what's going on is i've uninstalled Creative Cloud because when i open it, It keeps saying that adobe is not connected to the internet but, i am connected to the interneso, i tried to fix that problem and still no result so i decided to read an article on how to fix this and it said that all i had to do is to uninstall creative cloud, So i did so.. and then when i tried installing it again, it said that i had ERROR 207, So i read this article Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues but nothing helped. I'm still getting the error no matter what i do.. but then i found this article Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems , still no luck, wasn't getting anywhere, i'm still getting the ERROR 207 even tho i'm connected to the internet.

So my next idea was just to install Photoshop manually.. but then i did so and, guess what's the pop-up message i got... if you guessed ERROR 207 then your goddamn right!

So if anyone has a solution to this problem, Please help me with it.
Since i need to some work including photoshop with it..

Thanks in advance.

Hi ItsEndy,

Error 207 means that the responses from the server are failing to be received by the computer.

I would recommend you to try alternate network connections and also try temporarily disabling firewall and internet security/anti-virus software until installation is complete.

Details on Error 207 can be found at Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues as you have mentioned you have already tried everything given in this help document hence i would recommend following the troubleshooting given here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications,

I would also recommend you to check the lists of network endpoints for websites and specific services that are offered as part of Adobe Creative Cloud. The server and domains listed in this document must be accessible on ports 80 and 443 for the relevant applications and services to function correctly:  https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Servic e_Endpoints.pdf.

Direct download for Creative Cloud desktop app is available, you may try downloading and installing it from here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

Let us know if this helps.

So the link that you sended to, Download Creative Cloud, it successfully worked and i now have Creative Cloud on my computer.

But the problem now is that it says that, Unable to reach Adobe Servers. Please check you firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer is correct, and try again. ( I do have my time settings correct, and my firewall is currently disabled while i was installing Creative Cloud and the Windows Defender also is disabled )
