I have used Creative Cloud and have some issues of installing newer version of software. Please let me knwo what is the problem.

Some how my computer doesn't update CC.

I tried to update window, and all other necessary process, I think.

Other think I can't understand is mu co-worker's computer, all most same spec with mine, doesn't have issue.

I will attach my computer spec and version of premiere that I'm using.

Please give me some answer, please

    CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not
