I haven't received my refund yet

I canceled the membership a few weeks ago. It seems they haven't refunded the amount they charged me yet and many people seems to be going through the same phenomenons. What should I do?

    Regarding refunds, most of the forum members are also users and cannot be resolved.
    You should check with support for progress.
