I haven't received my serial number

Hi I payed 1 month for Adobe Editor, but since 27/10 I haven't received my serial number.

Please, could someone send to me a solution?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

    What product did you subscribe too? There is, up to my knowledge, no Adobe Editor. Do you mean Acrobat?

    This, however, does not change anything in relation to John T Smith's correct answer. No Creative Cloud or Document Could product need a serial number. All programs are authorized for use through your Adobe ID.
