I haven't used the free trials but it has kept saying it has expired

I bought an used Mac a week ago and I tried to install free trials of some adobe programs.
unfortunately it said free trial had expired, at that time I thought it was my account problem so I created another account.
however it has kept saying free trial has expired even though I have never used it.
also it hasn't passed a week since I bought this Mac. ;(
I tried resetting 'host' following adobe homepage saying, but it doesn't work.
I cannot understand why it kept saying free trial has expired even though I've just created new account.
and by the way, I have formatted this Mac yesterday so I don't think there are any Adobe logs left on my computer.
I asked the seller if he ever installed that program on this Mac, he said yes.
if that is the problem, how could I solve this?
I asked support team for help yesterday, but they just suggested I use another browser.
I installed them with creative cloud, though.
