Question

I hve moved to a new MacBook Pro and the Apple Store has migrated my previous internal hard disk to the new computer. Now when I launch Acrobat Pro 9 I get an alert which says Suite Product Activation Needed and it suggests launching Adobe Photoshop.

I have moved to a new MacBook Pro and the Apple Store has migrated my previous internal hard disk to the new computer. Now when I launch Acrobat Pro 9 I get an alert which says Suite Product Activation Needed and it suggests launching Adobe Photoshop. I launch Adobe Photoshop, then relaunch Acrobat Pro 9 and the same message pops up and I cannot proceed further with Acrobat Pro.

You need to uninstall & reinstall the complete suite of Master Collection CS5 as the Acrobat 9 was a part of it & the serial number was provided separately for this, it can not be installed as stand alone product.

Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK with Cloud program activations due to hidden registration files
