I install premiere pro as a free trial, but I can't open it. It's just stuck in the installed section.
Stuck in the installed section. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it and it's the same again.

you can't install previous versions with a trial, only current versions. you must have a subscription to install current and previous version
