I installed acrobat XI, selected english and it come up chinese or japanese

I had to reinstall Windows 10 so I am reinstalling all my applications.  I re-installed acrobat XI and selected English.  It came up Chinese or Japanese.  On the first page I again in the upper left corner selected English North American.  Still everything is in a foreign language.  When I installed it a while back for the first time, I didn't have this problem.
