I installed adobe desktop printer and it's not working. Any suggestions please?

    I've installed the printer but when I select printer and hit print, I believe a dialogue box should open with options including "convert to PDF". I'm not getting that dialogue box and when I go into "printers" and into adobe CreatPDF printer and click on documents, comes up with printing error. Don't know what else to do?

    Sorry application is Adobe CreatePDF printer used to convert files to PDF by printing "to file"

    Which Adobe product are you using exactly?

    There's not one called a Desktop Printer. Do you mean the Adobe PDF driver?

    When you say it's not working. What steps do you take and what happens when you try?
