I installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 - doesn't that include Pro?

I recently ordered and installed Photoshop CS6.  But I believe you have to install Pro seperately but is included.  It has been a few days.  It is not accepting the key.  Why?

    You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
