I installed Creative Cloud and then proceeded to install PS, AI and a couple others

Now nothing is available because my computer blue screened and I had to run check disk. After running it, No new Adobe programs are on my computer. Only my old Indesign CS4 and PhotoShop CS5. Please advise me on how to proceed. My credit card has been charged and I cannot use the programs. The Adobe Manager for Creative Cloud is not working either. Help...

The programs in the Application Manager that I downloaded are not on my computer because it blue screened the next day. But the Application Manager is still there. Will I have to use Adobe Clean or whatever it is called to uninstall all Adobe Products before I try to install the Application Manager and download again? Help please.

Yes, run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, then reinstall.
