I installed the German version of Photoshop, now I need the english version for some actions I bought. In the preferences of Photoshop is just German and I can't change to english. I changed my Creativ Cloud to english but doesn't work for Photoshop.

I installed the German version of Photoshop, now I need the english version for some actions I bought. In the preferences of Photoshop is just German and I can't change to english. I changed my Creativ Cloud to english but doesn't work for Photoshop. Do I have to install Photoshop again in english?

    Also if you wish , you may take back up of Presets , plugins ... before uninstalling.

    Yep , you need to uninstall the Photoshop installed in German language , then change the App language under Preferences to English , then reinstall Photoshop, it will work.
