Redemption Code to get serial number https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial
If you bought a subscription direct from Adobe, you use your Adobe ID to login and install
If you bought a subscription from some other vendor, your code comes from that vendor

Hi!

Just a few questions: Did you purchase it and download it directly from Adobe? Did you create an Adobe ID? What kind of Apple computer and what operating system are you using?

Thanks

Michelle
