I just bought a new computer, can i transfer photoshop or do I have to purchase again?

    You do not have to purchase a new license for software you already bought.  You do not want to transfer, Adobe programs need to be installed using installation files.  Just install and activate it using the serial number from the original installation.

    You are allowed to have installations activated on two machines, so if you like you can keep the old while installing on the new as well.  That way you can have a backup if you need it.

    If you wish to you can deactivate the older installation by opening the program and choosing Help -> Deactivate.
