I just bought a photoshop elements 14..the serial number doesn't work!

I had a trial now I bought the product, and when I type the serial number appears not to recognize the serial number i was given in my e-mail! why?

Elements Product key problems can only be resolved through Adobe Chat. "There is no other way!"

Warning,Sometimes you must insist on talking to someone else because the person you reached is clueless and cannot help you. It's frustrating going through chat at times but stick to your guns if need be. You will be up and running in no time if you do.

there are a number of ways that can occur.

first, make sure you're using the correct number (6 groups of 4 numbers = 24 numbers). next, make sure you're using the correct installation file.

it's not, but the same serial number issues apply to it.
