I just bought Acrobat Professional XI. I received a confirmation email with an order number. When I click "Begin Download", a form asks to type a password. I have tried my personal Adobe password but it does not work. Anyone has an idea?

    Adobe does not require passwords for downloading software.  The password is most likely being requested by your operating system.
