I just bought elements 12 tried to instal, serial # will not work tried several times

    I have the serial # but either the 3 isnot correct or something wrong with adobe system > I have in putted several time and it comes up with wrong # my 3 has 30 numbers the box will only take 29


    i'm not sure what you're checking but adobe serial numbers are usually entered into 6 fields of 4 characters each for 24 characters total.

    Avoid posting serial numbers in public forums like this one. Serial numbers are an open invitation to pirates.
