I just downloaded a free trial of CC and I tried downloading PhotoShop CC. However, when it finished downloading, an error message came up that said "Unable to Extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again." I have hit retry several times, but the same error message comes up again. Can someone help?

Without proper system info and other details nobody can say anything. Extraction failures can have all sorts of causes from running out of disk space to permissions and security issues to whatever else you can think of.
