I just downloaded a trial of Acrobat DC but it says subscription expired?

I downloaded it from my free CC membership. Acrobat DC showed in the list of apps as "Try" but when I installed it I can't edit anything, it says "subscription expired"?

Anupriya,

The article you refer to does not address my problem. It describes licensed apps that incorrectly show as trial, whereas I have an unlicensed app which correctly shows as trial, but when I download and install the trial app it will not run, saying subscription expired.
