I just found out that I was double charged for a year

I got double charged for more than a year and got charged every month even when I cancelled the plan. The best part is your support person is useless and rude, he/she hung up on me without giving me a solution. Can someone really help me with this?

Why did you wait a year to report this?   Most banks & credit cards have a 3 month limit on charge backs.    If you don't report billing errors right away,  chances are you won't be getting any refund.

The only real option you have is as Axel recommends. But I wonder how you look at your debits. I would have seen that probably very soon. (I must admit, that I once oversaw a recurrent, once a year charge with a provider charging legit variable amounts each month).

confirm that your credit card was actually charged the wrong amount. Review the transactions on your credit card statement or your online credit card accountand compare the amount to your receipt myprepaidcenter.
