I just got a new lap top, I can download the cloud, but not Adobe Pro, it has a 1301 and 1603 error

This is the message I received when trying to download.

ERROR: Error 1303.The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\Replicate.  The installation cannot continue.  Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.

ERROR: Install MSI payload failed with error: 1603 - Fatal error during installation.
