I just installed CC on my Macbook, but when I try to sign in, it freezes and reverts back to the original sign-in page like I entered nothing at all. This keeps happening no matter how many times I sign in. Help?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same thing happens. I also tried what I saw on the Adobe FAQ page, but nothing seems to work. It won't let me get past the sign-in page to actually install anything. Please, I really need this for my classes!

I have a Macbook Pro Retina (early 2015 model). If anyone thinks it may be the computer, let me know.
