I just installed el capitan os x

..on my mac and I can not open PS CS5 the dialogue I get is: "TO open adobe cs5 you need to install the legacy java SE 6 runtime. I have downloaded jdk-8u91(& 92)-macoxx64.dmg I've restarted my comp and still can't access my PS or other CS. I've had my comp since 2008...do i need to purchase a CS update or ?? Please advise
