I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements from Costco. I was unable to install it from the disk. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I purchased Adobe Photoshop 14 from Costco. I have been trying to install it from the disk without success. Can anyone help me with this problem? I can't find anything like setup.
