I just purchased and downloaded Lightroom 6 application installer. Installation failed, siting problem - "Product is only supported in 64 bits machines", which evidently, mine is not. How do I rectify this problem, or howto "return" and cancell this

Just purchased and downloaded Lightroom 6. Installation failed : " Product is only supported in 64 bits " machines, eviently mine is 32. Can this problem be rectified or should I "return"/cancelled purchase. If so, how do I proceed? Thank you.

    Thanks Anupriya, I went to "Return, cancel, or Exchange an Adobe order" to return the order and was not able to initiate a Return Request. Can you help?
