i keep getting a error when i try and update so i uninstall lightroom and photoshop

this is the error i am getting

windows can not find common files\adobe\adobe desktop common\elevation manager\adobe installer.exe'

Kindly try to remove Adobe Application Manager using Cleaner tool and try to reinstall the product.
