I keep getting Activation Limit Reached becase of "Unknown Windows Device"

When I start a CC app I keep getting Activation Limit Reached, even though I'm only using it on two devices. When I go Manage My Plan > Activated Devices there are 3 devices - My desktop and my laptop plus one other device: "Unknown Windows Device"

So whenever I deactivate it after a time it comes back again, and my apps get activation limit reached. this is extremely annoying. What's going on and how do I stop it?

Thanks for trying but you're just telling me to contact Adobe? Why don't you just say that? I'm sorry but I don't see that as a helpful suggestion in a forum.
