I keep getting messages telling me to go to Adobe website and download updates. Which updates?

There are lots of updates. I don't know which ones I need?? I have Adobe Pro X1

    Thank you. It tells me that I don't need any updates. But I wonder where the messages are coming from and how to stop them from popping up everytime I use Adobe??

    Thanks. I think I was able to solve the problem by checking a box that says not to show this message again. I'll have to wait and see if it comes up again.

    open an adobe program and click help>updates..
