I keep getting redirected to upgrade, even after I’ve done so

Hey Guys, I need some assistance 

 

I subscribed for the Yearly Premium Plan a week ago, but I keep getting the prompt to subscribe again and when I click the subscription button, it shows that I'm already subscribed. It doesn't grant me access to Premium tools, and the app hole back and forth is really stressing me out. What can I do to stop this?

did you purchase from adobe.com or a mobile app store?

I purchased from the payment prompt on Adobe Premiere Rush app.
