I lost all my apps. I have a windows 10 computer so I need previous versions of PS, Premiere, acrobat When I click where there should be previous version options there is nothing

Cant download previous versions of Adobe apps. I lost everything. Windows 10 computer.

I had Photoshop 2024 Now there is no previous version option in my CC only says system incompatible the 3 dots at the bottom only say manage plugins.

Same problem with Premiere. Had Premiere Pro 22.6.2

Also Acrobat

I have a student account. HELP!!!

I just want to start from scratch!

    you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

     

    for other versions use the wayback machine archive (with prodesigntools.com)

    ​@AMG007 Adobe only allows the current and previous version of Photoshop to be installed from the Creative Cloud app, Adobe no longer provide download links for older versions other than version 22.2 which is still available from the CC app.

    Edit: I just noticed 22.2 is no longer available in the CC app

    So, Adobe will force me to get a new computer if I want to use there apps! I tried the web version of Photoshop and it’s awful! How about Premier I need version 22.6.2 I think

    What Ged said about Adobe allowing the current and one previous version applies to all of their applications, including Premiere.

     

    Can you tell us what happened that you lost all of your apps? Did they disappear from your hard drive or are they there but will not launch?

     

    Do you make backups of your hard drive? If so, can you restore what got “lost”?
